Natasha Petersen place an order at approximately 19:30, spoke to Simone, who took my order, after waiting a considerable amount of time, Natasha decided to contact them again, Simone said she contact Natasha back to locate the position of the driver, but when Natasha contacted Scooters again, the manager Nelly Boyo on duty exclaimed that Simone has left already and cannot verify Natasha's order on the system.
the service receive by Scooters was very unprofessional and really need to improve on the customer service if they want to maintain their clientele.
