3 DIFFERENT ANSWERS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My husband purchased underwear for me, however this was the incorrect size. I went back to exchange WITH the receipt & was told by Robyn Govender that I"could return it! "Another CSR came along and said "we can't return it, as this was 17 days ago"Robyn then said "oh, we cannot return it as the sticker on the bottom is off!? " Linda comes along & says "under no circumstances can we return any item that's listed under underwear"I asked for the manager & she says"hold for Camilla rather, as the store manager does not work weekends &Camilla will exchange it for you-the store manager is too busy doing interviews next week, so wont be able to call you, as he is in Parow" Linda also stated that it's the customer's duty to check every item thoroughly before purchasing. Camilla comes along, listens to me &is more interested in "I NEED TO TRAIN THIS STAFF, AS THEY SHOULD KNOW THE POLICY" & suggested I speak to Brandon or Melanie. I called Brandon ever since Sunday. Monday I called & Simone promised that she would get him to call. Tuesday I called &left a message, today I called & Simone again tells me "oh I remember you, I did give your message to Brandon, didn't he call you? " Not ONCE DID ANYONE LOOK AT IT
