Unlimited Full Track download not working

I suscribed for the Vodacom Unlimited Full Track Music download for R29 on the 25th August, this service does not work, I tried to call the vodacom call centre for assistance and a guy called Yunus Adams phoned me but nothing was fixed... this is the error messabe I get "Server error The server [URL Removed] took too long to respond. It may be overloaded."
