Disgusting Company

Upgraded to a iphone5 yesterday at the vodashop at vodaworld. The phone requires a nano sim, which I had to buy and pay for. I called last night as nothing was happening with the sim swop. Spoke to two who had no idea what was going on or what they were doing. Had to phone twice today before someone could eventually work out that vodacom had taken my money and not processed a sim swop. I asked for an explanation as to why this was not done and received no answer, vodacom clearly think they can take customers money and not provide a service and that needs no explanation. DISGUSTING!!! It will be interesting to see if vodacom can now supply me with the service I have had to tell them to implement.
