Sim Swop not done

Asked Vodashop @ N1 City Mall to process sim swop for me on monday evening, they said it would be done by this morning, still not done and i paid... Called the call centre and they told me the sim swop was not processed. Tried doing it with the guy over phone and he says sim card number invalid.

I am very irritated as i need my number and Vodacom doesnt seem to care but mess people around.

I'm sorry they my service provider.
