It has been more then two months now experiencing cell phone network problem with my Nokia E5. I relocated to a different place but the problem persisted. Every time I have called in to customer service it has been with out success. I recently got a ZTE tablet (V70) from cellc and it's freezes most of the time when I try to navigate. The first time it happened it froze for more than 5 hours and that was the second day that I had the tablet and I called Cellc. I called on 19/08/2013 and they said they will come and collect but they are yet to come. My reference number is 308190311.I also sent an email to thte customer care on 22/08/2013 but there is no reply. I have been a cellc customer for the past 2 years but the customer SERVICE HAS BEEN PATHETIC. I want to cut all ties with Cell C because they are failing to provide the service they promise.
