Afrihost advertised if you sign up for their mobile access you stand a chance in 1000 to get a mifi device worth R1000. When trying to signup on 20/8/2013 at the specified time the system kept bombing out with no error. Clearly their systems could not handle the requests and no sms's were received as a customer. End of the day i did not get signup and wont either due to the bad service. where have you seen you reward loyalty by inviting customers and their Friends to signup exclusively?! afrihost do not care about their customers and only money and their brand.By gloating in their newsroom that they gave R22m back to customers?! How many are not customers and only joined now??? Seriously not good business etchics.
