Sudden high billing due to whateve

Last year october i upgraded from a weekender everyday to a mygig 2 nightowl with a samsung galaxy tab 2 tablet.until this month the service stopped when i reached the 2gig mark and had to wait until the next month before i could use it again.that resulted in a average usage of R218 for the past 3 months according to the invoices i recieved.this month all of a sudden my card was soft blocked and when i spoke to a consultant i was told that the amount due was R1700? further inquiery i was told that the limmit was removed.why? without my knowing and go ahead? is that how it is supposed to work? i dont think so! i was promised on 24 august that a consultant will contact me on monday 26 or on the 27 th.no one contacted me.to try and speak to someone is as good as to speaking to a brick wall.the consultants is arrogant and unhelpfull and neverminded.going to an autopage branch also doest help.
