I bought my usual R60 airtime on sunday the 25th and followed procedures as usual in regards to waiting for Mtn to register my bundle purchase and resetting my phone.
Yesterday my bbm messenger, watsapp and facebook were working perfectly, today nothing workings the top right hand corner of my blackberry shows the over case 'edge' and I have reset my phone twice.
Mtn either needs to inform customers of technical difficultiers or pull up their flippen socks.
I honestly do not know why I went onto Mtn instead of Vodacom.
A lesson I have definately learnt and plan to act on as soon as possible.
As for the difference in bundles and internet packages thank u kindly for informing our customers of changes and ensuring we are kept up to date with all Mtn news, NOT!
Here is to changing back to Vodacom.
