ALTECH AUTOPAGE THEIVES

I recently upgraded to a SAmsung Galaxy SIII, And a while after that went to autopage in Clear water mall on a Sunday morning and added a 1.5 Gigg data bundle to my phone. I keep on getting these sms's my data is almost finished which is IMPOSSIBLE and I'm STILL getting billed on the same amount on when I had my 500Meg Data Bundle. And I went to Woodlands Branch and spoke to a guy who said he will sort this out for me. I'M STILL WAITING AND I'M STILL GETTING THESE SMSESSES. My account is HIGH Every month! WHY??? I hardly call, and if i do there is talk time left. And I'm stilled billed for something. I want to get to the bottom of this because Im gettign the impression AUTOPAGE is billing more than they should. I have been a client since 2001, and this is really unacceptable, I activated this 1.5 gigg data bundle over a month ago, why do you still tell me its not activated...
