Thinking of using Altech Autopage - DON'T!!!

We received TERRIBLE service after upgraded from a Blackberry to Samsung Galaxy Ace plus, entry level phone. We've been trying to get some answers as to why the internet usage is so high (even though I purchased extra 250 meg). We went to shop in Canel Walk, and the consultand there has also been trying to get answers - for almost 2 months now. They even told him that I have an Apple Tablet - I DON'T THINK SO!! I have not been receiving invoices via internet as in past, I had to ask for it. The lady at headoffice refuse to help us, she's completely unresponsive, even toward Autopages own consultant. My husband contacted her - NO RESPONSE. We sent signed letter to request explanation as to what sights my phone alledgedly visited - NO RESPONSE. Our conclution is that Autopage is scamming people, adding to their accounts and making loads of money. There is a lot more to this story than I have space to write, anybody can contcact me at [Email Removed] and I will gladly share the whole truth. This is really not a lie!! I am ready to go public with this, I have a right to know what I am paying for. I stopped my debit order and its not been 24 hours and I receive notice to pay!!
