Lehlogonolo's horrible service

We bought 8 Blackberry 9360s last year we have booked 3 for repairs already, today i have been calling one call center to another tying to organize to have my phone booked for repairs, until eventually i called the repair Center at Mandela square, i spoke to a lady by the name of Lehlogonolo who was extemely rude and had an appaulling attitude. she didn't respond to any of the questions i asked her, she went on and on about what she doesn't like about customers claiming that we (customers) don't listen. i eventually had to put down the phone without getting the help that i need. i have been with Vodacom for over 10 years and this is really disgusting. now what am i supposed to do with this phone thats not working properly???
