I sent my blackberry 9800 in for repairs 3 weeks ago, I then got a sms saying I have to pay R2500 for tygervalley repair centre to fix my phone. I booked my phone in because because my scroll isn't working and the lcd is loose. I'm in my 22nd month of my contract and ice booked my phone in 3 times before in last year because my phone always break or stop working for no reason.after receiving the sms I phoned the vodacom call centre who gave me the repair centre's number in tygervalley and I spoke to sebastian who said they made a mistake by sending that sms and said he will organise that vodacom golden acre send the phone back to them (tygervalleyayto fix.that didn't happen so on saturday 03 aug I went to golden acre and spoke to lovemore the manager, he called sebastian and he said he'll send my phone in for thm to fix. I got a msg today saying an estimate of R2694.96 which I refuse to pay.they hv the odesity to send me msgs that I'm due for a upgrade.pls help.my name is antoinette george my job number for repair centre is 9087046 and my cell no is:0820665930
