Booked in my phone for repairs screen lens caked
Repair center told me 2 and half weeks for repair
got daily updates up to 3 day when it reached the advanced repair center then went all up
almost 2 weeks later when I phoned I was told no the have only received the quot that day (I have vodacom insurance and it is stated on the job cart that the billing adders is the insuranceso don't know why the repair center needs the quot) after I spoke to the lady she says I need to fill in insurance papers agen
phoned my insurer asked if the revived a claim, told me no claim submitted,
eventually got approval after numeracy calls, phoned today and no its not done only got the parts to fix the phone on Friday now the new date I might get my phone is Thursday
very unhappy as the keep giving me and 2 and a half weeks just to get a quot to fix my phone is unecaptabel
