MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONCHARGES ON MTN BILL

I picked up a CONTENT charge on my MTN bill, of over R400.00 for the month. On calling MTN i was advised that it isnt MTn responsibility but a company called Intergrat that bill through MTN.
I was quickly given the telephone number and a way to block the Content information being linked to my phone by internet "" marketing companies. I am told I apparently subscribed to something on the internet. I am very careful when it comes to that and I can assure you I didnt agree to MTN charging me content charges on my cell phone bill and I never agreed to a R400 plus charge.

I am very disappointed in MTN and rather disturbed how quickly they gave me the information on the company and how to block such charges being attached again to my phone.

Intergrat is in my eyes money from people and MTN - even though they are the ones taking the money advise they are not responsible.
