I started calling Adt's accounts department last year from June onwards and I was referred to Ruth at Adt legal department, I noticed that Adt listed me on the credit bureau for R40, I asked Ruth to do a follow up more than once and get back to me and more so remove my name from the credit bureau as I dont owe Adt no money as I've never been in arrears and my premium is deducted from my bank account each month. Ruth left a voice message once in last year and never ever did she contact me again. I did a credit bureau check on Friday to discover I am still listed on the credit bureau but for R121 now, I called Adt and spoke to Kelly and asked her what is happening on my account and she could not answer me why I am still on the credit bureau, I also informed her that I pay R240 each month while my premium is R212 and this is for over a year already, she confirmed this and gave me more telephone numbers to call. I called again on Monday and spoke to Shameez and she also said she does'nt know why I am listed and will have somebody phone me back as I am in credit with R95, I am still awaiting the call. Get your facts right Adt and clear my credit bureau record, I will be checking it again
