I have had an account with edgars for over 10 years and NEVER EVER missed one payment. However, you have the audacity to report incorrectly to the bureau's that i am a slow payer and secondly didn't pay an installment when it was already paid!!
I do not appreciate the ERRONEOUS text messages that i receive saying my account has not been paid when it has and the text messages from MULTIPLE credit bureau's that i am a slow payer when this is false.
I understand that you have a massive bad debt book, however rather harass those that are indeed in arrears.
I would like any adverse records that you have reported to the bureau's removed with immediate effect. Should i not hear back i will be laying a complaint against edcon with the CPA and NCA bodies.
