I received my statement and saw that MTN is charging me extra for my Data, I took our at 350 top up contract with MTN with a S3 handset at the MTN store in Century City @R499 per month for 24months, I was never explained that I will only receive the data for the 1st 12months, and i can assure you i never signed such a contract. I emailed this query Ref#6969924 to your relevant departments, but it doesn't look like they understand me. I have also spoken to William Ref#103455631. I don't have the time to go to a store to get this resolved.
I demand that you re-instate my 75meg data without any additional charges with immediate effect, your urgent response in this matter will be appreciated.
