I am so irritated with the incompetency of cellc people. I have requested that my straight up account needs to be changed to top up. They did change it on the 1st of August, and that was the beginning of the disaster, clearly someone has messed up my account and no one can pick it up and fix, to my surprise I couldn't receive messages on my cell phone and my monthly airtime was only send to me on 5th.i tried to load airtime, it kept on giving me an error that's says recharging has failed, I spoke to millions of call centre people from this department to that department with no valid reason why my phone is now on private number, cant send out and receive messages and cant load airtime. They all told me the same thing reboot your phone, maybe its network. On the 20th of August I received an sms from Vas Department saying I can now load airtime and it only worked for one day and the following day I couldn't load anymore and there's still no one who can help me sort out my problem.so clearly cellc is full of a bunch of unhelpful people.no can give me answers.my phone is just lying there and my monthly billing is still going on. I need this to be sorted out asap
