AWEFUL SERVICE

My name is Palesa. I received a call from a consultant from Foschini offering me an 'Airtime contract' from mtn R50 airtime for R25 which would be charged onto my Foschini account monthly. She said I could still load my own airtime, but failed to clarify that I could not then load my own BIS. I phoned mtn and they said I need to phone them @ Foschini and they can load it for me. I phoned the following number today 0860789789 and got put through to the Airtime department, i was put on hold waiting for a consultant for over 20 min, not failing to mention this was a personal call I was making from my personal cellphone. My BIS was cancelled on the 31st of August in the morning, its Sep the 2nd and I still havent received the R50 or confirmation smsd with their contacts details. This is exactly why customers never even want to hear about 'any products' they phone us with. Im sitting with a blackberry with no BIS all because I accepted a service which I thought would be great and reasonable.
