My service provider is unreliable

I tried to re-load my BIS on Sunday as I was under the impression it expires that day however my BBm was stil working as normal and the message that displayed on my phone when trying to re-load was that I am not able to do this action at this time. I then assumed my BIS is still active and logged onto my favourite website and listened to an on line Audio which I normally do at no cost.later in the day I tried to make a call and discovered R110 worth of airtime is gone. I called into the contact centre and was told the website I logged onto used the airtime. I am unhappy about this as if my BIS was active it would have been free and because my service provider left me with the impression my BIS is still working. I had the airtime to load the BIS but wasn;t allowed to by my network provider hence thinking it was still active as my BBM was still working. I feel cheated because this was not my fault that I couldn't rely on the info provided from cellc. I have been a loyal client to cellc for years with the 2 contracts I have and expect better treatment. I would like the airtime to be re-loaded for me to activate my BIS for the least.
