BAD SERVICE

On Sunday I applied for a cell phone via Cell C and was contacted by a consultant called Faizel Adan. I was told that everything was in order and that somebody from Cell C just had to confirm my employment the Monday morning. It is now Tuesday and nobody confirmed my employment. On Tuesday I emailed Faizel after leaving messages for him to call me which he did not do. He responded by telling me that I had to be patient. What sort customer service is this. What sort of service is this?

To me this attitude drives customers away. They have theses huge tv campaigns asking customers to swith to Cell C and then this is the service that is rendered. Makes me think twice about having a contract with Cell C.
