I purchase a Samsung Galaxy SII in August 2012 through MTN Direct Call centre. The phone was delivered on time but the problem is intermittent network connection in the area of Mt Ayliff. I have checked with other MTN users and i have discovered that their connection is not as bad as mine. almost 40% of the time my phone in not connected to the network and as such i"m not availble. More especially when i try to access the internet.
Secondly, whenever i load airtime, i discover that my airtime just disappear without me making calls. So the billing is creating problems because I have to load airtime dailly because a R200 airtime does not even last a week yet i do not spend too much time online.
