After sending my phone in for repairs, which they said might take 2 weeks, i received a response after calling their headoffice to tell me that the phone will cost R6667 to repair. I requested for the phone to be sent back only for them to make a mistake and tell me that they did not put a note on the system to send the phone back. I then called Vodacom's headoffice (0821944) to find out what the status was only for a gentleman to tell me that they. I then requested for my phone to be delivered the next day to which the gentleman replied that i would have the phone the following day before close of business. I went to Cresta on the Saturday that same week only to discover that my phone was not delivered despite being promised that it would be there..I then called their head office to again find out what the status is only to be told that they had called my partner to say that they will let her know when the phone will be delivered at Cresta this is despsite me explicitely telling them to deliver it at my work. I requested a lady to get one of her supervisors to call me back which he did not, so i had to call to find out what the status is. No phone yet - DISGUSTING
