I have had a small contract with Vodacom for some 6 plus years. I asked them to debit my account on the first of each month, not the 26 or 27 or when they felt like it. As a result the debit order got returned and vodacom earn themself an additional 100 rand each time. Of course the back also charged me 80 rand. So now the R 145 contract cost R 325 rand just because Vodacom could not do what they were asked to do. This happened for 5 months. I logged 3 queries and after two months thay want proof that I gave them this instruction. I understood there calls were recorded so check your records... The first case no I gave you would be a good start... it took several more call to get it done. I WILL CONFIRM THAT I AM DONE WITH YOU!!! I WILL PORT TO THE BEST MOBILE NETWORK IN SA MTN.
