NO MORE PETROL CARD... thanks for telling me!

When I did my monthly payments at end January, I noticed my credit card limit changed & a payment was made? Sent a secure message and waited 2 days for a call.. nothing... informed when I called that my petrol card DOESN'T EXIST anymore? Funny.. I used it 3 days ago? The product team cancelled these accounts (DID ANYONE KNOW?) and moved funds to the credit card - I wasn't asked or even informed and spent my entire Sat morning trying to get some explanation for this as I've had a text saying I need to collect a new petrol card (ARE YOU KIDDING?).

After all that - the bank says I don't need the new petrol card as mine still works but that it's now linked to my credit card - not what I want or why would I have bothered with a separate card?? They can't offer me any other accs that I can use for fuel? Wait a minute - you moved funds across on accounts with MY NAME without informing me, told me my acc was closed, no - collect a new card - no, the card works... but I can't have any other accs to fix the unauthorised transfer of MY money?

Banked with Std for 15yrs but you use/transfer/replace MY accs as you feel like it? It has my name on it - not yours!
