My problem started in December (see attached email sent to them 3rd January), the computer generated email said within 24 hours I will have feedback. And this is now 3 weeks later, needless to say NO FEEDBACK. They are quick to phone you with all the promises AND deduct money from your account WITHOUT your permission, not even mentioning the activation of this contract, but to solve problems is not on their agenda.

The attached document is the pick up slip for the phone and yet, the contract was activated and deducted from my account.
As I explained to Shanon mid December I was brought under the false impressing that this was an upgrade and not a new contract and I am not in the position to pay 2 contracts. She told me to that they will collect the phone and the contract will not be activated but still it was activated AND deducted from my account.
How can you help me? Resolve this matter. Find the phone and refund me the money you deducted from my account.
