BAD SERVICE/ NO SERVICE

I have encountered the same problem. they have a turnaround time of 48hours. nobody really wants to help. I was not informed that I now have a contract phone or that my phone will be blocked. I asked to speak to a teamleader or manager and had to hold.
nobody is available. They gave me a contact number : 011 262 2699 no answer. is this a really company or are theu out to people from their hard earned monies?
All I still want to know is what is wrong with my phone? as I never signed a contract
