BLACKBERRY / BIS ACTIVATED - GETTING CHARGED

Venitta Bosman is account holder. On 16 Dec, I upgraded my contract and got a Blackberry 9320. The lady, Anna, who assisted me at Vaal Mall was so helpful and sweet. She assured us that everything is correct and there would be no problems. The contract included automatic activation of the BIS service for Blackberry. This mean that you can use your BBM and Internet for free, this is according to the Blackberry service.

As from the 22nd of December, we started noticing that airtime is being deducted every time we serve the internet or even going onto the BB facebook page. I have called 808 numerous time reporting the problem. The first reference was closed without any feedback. The same with the second reference. The third reference I have called twice already, and still no feedback. Just called now and the consultant, Sibusiso, told me that no matter what, you will be charged for serving the net. Doesn't matter what contract, with a Blackberry, you get charged for serving the NET. He was rude and kept on interupting me! Why do I have a Blackberry then if I have to pay to go onto the net! Money gets deducted for no reason! Blackberry is awesome, but MTN...
