I contacted tracker to cancel my contract... only to wait more than a week for them to call me back. When they eventually called me back, I cancelled my tracker contract (on a vehicle that i have sold) on 1 October 2013 only for them to carry on deducting the debit order from my account. After sending them an email to bring the matter under their attention last week already, I am yet to get feedback from them. This is appalling service from them... not even mentioning the fact that they are debiting my account without my permission after i have cancelled my contract. I want a refund for all moneys deducted from my account from the period I cancelled my contract to date.
