New contract istead of an upgrade

Good morning

I have upgraded my contract for 0798191061 online and I did receive the new phone (Sumsang S3 mini), after some few days they deducted some money on my account when I called them they told it's a new contract that I took, I explained to them that I didn't take a new contract it's an upgrade so they promised that they will come and fethc their phone and cancell that new contract and give me a new phone with the old contract that I have had with them up until now it's not doen when I call them their phone is always saying there is a high volume of callls.Right now I don't expect them to deduct anything in my account for the new contract they gave me and also they should refund me the amount that was deducted from my account.I am still waiting for them to call me regarding the upgrade or I willl go to the neares Vodacom what I need is for them to come and fetch their phone.
