In 2011 I accepted a laptop contract from Elite Mobile through Vodacom which meant that I know have two contracts with Vodacom of which I was happy with. A year later (2012) I called Vodacom and they informed me that I had a third contract and that there was phone calls made from this number. I didn't recall opening this contract and asked for Vodacom to block it. (Since then I never followed up this unknown contract since I had personal crisis to deal with.)
Early this year I call Vodacom to ask when my contracts were expiring, this is when I was confirmed that I in fact have three contracts. I have then been communicating back and forth between Vodacom and Elite mobile in trying to find the recordings of how this contract was opened. Romona at Elite Mobile then gave me feedback that the contract has now been converted to a prepaid account so I asked that I be reimbursed for all the funds that has been deducted from my account for this contract since inception.
I was asked to send my bank statements, since then 13/03/2013 I haven't received any feedback from Elite nor Vodacom.
