I needed to get my SIM upgraded and so I went through MTN Bracken Gardens on Saturday 24 August 2013 at around 11h00 in order to get it sorted. The staff were very helpful and the service went through, however I was told that it would take 2-24 hours to be completed.

We are now going on more than 54 hours later and still the service has not been completed. The Service Provider who the store contacts always replies with standard emails stating reference numbers and information saying that the service is being processed. This is what has been relayed back to me through the Store

I feel this is unacceptable especially for a Corporate such as MTN to have to wait for more than the allocated time. The fact stands that this is a simple request and should not have any problems, however for a store not to be able to provide any feedback other than the standard info provided by the Service Provider is unacceptable.

The lack of feedback and poor service is very disappointing.
