Unacceptable service

It has been more than 5 weeks now. Started with an upgrade which was eventually completed after 3 weeks. Then, it has taken a further 2 weeks to effect a sim swap (to a nano sim for an iphone 5s), which has still NOT been completed. The most frustrating part of all this is the lack of interest, attention and honesty displayed by office staff. I have visited the store no less than 5 times through this ordeal. Most recently, I went in on Sunday (19 Jan) and it was explained to me that there was a system glitch with the conversion from a corporate to a private account, but explicitly promised that the Consultant (Kabelo) would call me on Monday morning to keep me posted. I advised that this was not the first time that a promise has been made (very few of which were kept), but was re-assured that I can count on him to call. It is now late Friday (24 Jan), 5 working days later, and still no response. Sadly the store Manager displays no appetite for the role, nor is she able to adequately manage the Consultants. From start to end, this has been a saddening display of service from SA's leading cellular provider. Hoping that this complaint yields some result. Lets see...
