BAD SERVICE

I have been to mtn at east gate mall (13/04/2013) and had applied for a contract,
which i was told that it would take 2 to 24 hours to be approved.24 hours
has expired and i still had gotten no feed back.i call the store (14/04/2013) and was told that
its still been processed and was now told it may take 72 hours.this is clearly poor service
if i had know it would take so much time i would have taken it with another network provider.
THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
