Useless Response & incompetent staff!!!

Hi,

I received an sms on the 30th August stating that my sim swap request has been successful and will be activated in 2 - 24 hours so i called the Autopage headoffice as i did not apply for a sim swap only to find out that a store in Limpopo did a sim swap on my number without proper authorisation and verification. My sim was then blocked and I was told to go to a store and do a sim swap which i did. I called the headoffice to unblock my sim and I've been calling about 10 times a day and everytime I need to explain the situationand i get a different story from them and its still not working!!! this has caused me a lot of inconvenience and unnecessary costs on phone calls to Altech and in case of an emergency I wont be able to make any calls!!! Altech's service is clearly absolutely pathetic!!! Hopefully i get feedback in the next "2 - 24" hours
