Vodacom gave me a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone with an upgrade that automatically deleted my emails and drop box folders including my entire candidate list. It was less than a week old when I took it back only to be told that there is nothing wrong with it. Eventually on the eighth day they found that the phone is faulty. That was 2 weeks ago and still I don't have a new phone or any phone. They now said that I brought it back after the 7 day period so shouldn't be entitled to a new phone even though I reported it within 7 days and their consultants where too incompetent to find a fault with it. They also told me that I should buy a sim card so that I can have a phone (which they also wanted me to supply) while they are checking this one. Anil calls me from time to time to tell me basically that I am still not getting my phone back.
