Failure to activate, but quick to Blacklist

About two years ago i taken up a Mofaya contract for 12 months, which was a great 12 months. in june last year i received a bill which was far more then my usual when i enquired i was paying normal rates as the contract ended. they informed me that i can take up a new offer wich would increase data and the contract would be for a longer period, who was i to disagree seeing that the contract worked so well. Murphys law you don't get the same luck twice, i had endless problems from trying to activate it, after activating it was billing and re-activating when i called to follow up i was informed that my contract was cancelled and that was not instucted by me. i received a letter from attorneys stating i owe you R3k, well go get that money from Patience Mjeza, Joyce Sekwati, Sarie Horne, Andrea Wilton, Sbongile Dinge (Fuma) & Adele Steenkamp as would freeze over before I pay for something that's not working that You as Vodacom cancelled for me.
