I have applied for Telkom's much advertised uncapped internet over a month ago, i have phoned in repeatedly, been promised to be phoned back on a multitude of occasions by everyone from call centre agents to supervisors, this has never happened. I have asked for explanations as to why we have not been connected as of yet and i have heard every excuse from there are no "splitters" available to my personal favourite..." i have no idea why you have not been connected... To call this pathetic service is to insult the pathetic. I have tried everything, perhaps taking my issue to a more public forum will finally get my point across. If i have not had a response within 48 hours i will take my complaint to every newspaper, radio station, magazine and internet site i can find. One way or the other, i will get a response from telkom.
