Cancel my contract and refund me my money

Hi

I don't know what to do anymore. I phone virgin mobile to cancel my account in Feb this year. Even today you guys are still debiting my account

Stop doing that before I take legal action. be honest about your operations and admit that you don't have a cancellation department so at least we know what we getting ourselves into.

I want my money back for the months after the cancellation.
