When applying for my data contract, it was approved immediately (SMS and telephonic confirmation). I was told it would take 24-48hrs to activate. 48hrs later I followed up, and was informed that there was a "system error" but everything was sorted and it would take 24-48hrs to activate. Why should I wait another 48hrs? And if I hadn't followed up, would the "error" have been resolved? Shocking response Vodacom.
