Incorrect deduction of airltime

I had a contract with Mtn that ended after the 24 months. I was not told that it had ended. I went to the MTN store at St Georges mall & asked about the contract that I had. I was then told that I needed to cancel the contract as it continues until it is cancelled by the contract holder. The lady at the store transferred me to the contract centre & I advised that they should cancel the contract, &got a reference number. When I contacted the call centre again with the reference number, it was linked to a different persons contract and not mine, I got the contract cancelled & I was told to wait 24 hours. The Friday after i cancelled the contract my BIS was cancelled & I then thought that the contract was cancelled as it was 24 hours later I then purchased R60 airtime & loaded it into my phone & tried activating my BIS, nothing happened! I called again & was told that I needed to wait 24hours. I contacted them after 24 hours & throughout the week I was told to wait 24 hours whenever i called.5 days later I was put on pre-paid, tried activating BIS again & it said insufficient funds. I called again & was told to call back after 4 days. I did & was told they cant refund me MY R60 airtime. NOW WHAT!
