Wrong Billing Date

I'm disappointed with the bad service that i'm receiving from Capitec Bank. When i took out a loan from them (Which i regret now), they were aware of my payday and we agreed that the debit date would be the 25th of every month until the loan is paid out.for the past months they've been debiting the money on the 23rd, 24th and at times even on the 22nd of each month. Ithen consulted the Boulders branch in Midrand and informed them of the wrong billing date, they accepted their fault and promised that it'll be rectified from there on. The following month same thing happened, and when i consulted them they started telling me that they've re-checked my payslip and i do get the salary on the 24th, of which i contested, and i provided them with the proof again. They admitted and promised to sort it out. It was never sorted out, and i decided to call their client complains centre, but i was refereed to the branch even though i explained that the guys at the branch failed to help me. I explained that by capitec deducting the money on any other day than the 25th does put a damp on my credit history (Obviously a wrong or negative credit history), cause at times there's not enough funds.
