My salary gets paid in on the 25th of a month does not matter if it falls over a weekend or a public holiday. I phoned them on various occasions even submitted emails to them with copies of my payslips to prove the above. They debited my account on various occasions on the last working day of the week or before a public holiday where my bank wanted to close my account due to bad conduct. I cannot tell you how many times I have called with promises that it will not go off again before the 25th of a month. It goes well for a month then it reverts back to the same old story and I receive nasty SMS's when my bank rejects the debit order that I must immediately put funds in my account. I have incurred so many costs that haven't being paid back to me. I phoned them this morning and they could not give me an answer why it went off again before the 25th. Hopefully this will help to resolve an ongoing matter that cannot be resolved by asking them nicely to rectify the debit order date to not go off before the 25th of a month.
