Early debit order... if you have money or not

I generally do not have issues with Capitec. But for some reason this month they messed up twice. I have a personal loan with them and my monthly salary gets paid into my savings account. For some reason the personal loan needs to get paid on the 24th of each month and I only get paid on the 25th. This month they decided to take the money on the 18th. I called them and they refunded the money. Last night I got a sms saying that they took the last R1600 left in my account. After calling the call centre this morning, I was informed that they cant refund the R1600 and that they will take the balance tomorrow. Once again I asked for the collection date to be moved to the 25th when I get paid, but still they cant assist me and I need to go into the branch to arrange this. So, whether I have money to survive until tomorrow or not - this is not their problem. Why did they not take lesser amounts previously and the balance the next day? Why only this month? Capitec - this is the 21st Century. How difficult can it be to change a collection date from the 24th to the 25th? Where is your customer service? Why does the customer have to do all the leg work. Do you want to loose a clients?
