STAY AWAY FROM MTN, customers not a priority!!!

Bought S4- which turned out to be faulty. Went 4x times to the store to be told its the sim card or network as if it's my problems - I don't care really! Even after their technician tried to fix the phone, it wasn't fully functioning (cutting or not receiving calls at all and sms's. Called call centre for help still no change. Received 2nd phone which is also acting up now again and I reported it. Thought the service will be better - actually WORSE. Called and emailed sales rep and colleague - NO RESPONSE and I could see they read my mails. Manager told me "go to head office and see what they will do for you" to a so called valued customer??? Honestly, I'm flabbergasted by this and I regret ever walking in their store. I should have not even considered MTN and ported to them. Should have stayed with Vodacom whom I have used for years - never had experience with them.
I will not pay for this phone and service received is appalling! I will not recommend your brand to anyone at all!!! You have lost a new customer in me, should have never wasted my time with you!
