On 5 April 2013 I signed up for the iphone 5 16G & to my demise I have had endless problems from the 05 April as the sim card was faulty & had to return to the store the next day. I had continuous problems with the signal & it going onto NO SERVICE & calls breaking or failing. I RETURNED to the store where they did another sim swop but the problems persisted. I kept returning to the store, after the 10th or 11th visit I booked the phone in for repairs on 25 May. To no surprise the handset was declared faulty & I was supposed to be receiving an apparent " BRAND NEW" handset however the handset arrived at the gateway store with 2 dents on it, amazingly on a BRAND NEW phone. i then called the repair center supervisor who only after 3 calls returned my call only to be told that i will not be receiving a new phone but a refurbished phone as he cant sell my phone now. however the key point is that i received a faulty handset & this contract is a month & half old.
