8ta telkom worst service provide

After having my brand new samsung s3 mini for only three days, it started giving me problems. i went into the store and reported it., the manger told me that they do not have any s3 minis in stock and that i should take it to a secondary repair store. four days after receiving the new phone the problems persisted and became worse. Ii went back to the store by which they proceeded to inform me that they still do not have stock, that they cannot order one from another branch and that repairs would take up to 23 working days. Ii requested to cancel the contract as they would not compromise, they informed me that i should pay R800.00 cancellation fee, for a phone that I only used for 5 days, that was faulty and a store that did not have the product. its been a week and a half and the manager has no answers, I received an sms 2 days ago saying that it has arrived at repairs. I am still without a phone and have no idea if l will b getting a new phone or when it will arrive but its still expected of me to pay at the end of the month. this is ridiculous and unacceptable am not the only one who has a problem wit 8ta and regret ever going there, I do not recommend them to anyone.
