I bought a car at Epson motors in Nigel on 08/06/2023 and my sales person is known as Muneer. When I bought the car he told me that he will inform me when should I go and collect the new licence disc including new number plates. I spoke to him on Tuesday last week and he told me that he will come back to me. I contacted him several times and he just read my messages and ignore me. It is not the first time and now I don't know what should I do. I'm driving with expired licence disc and using 21 days grace period.
