No response from Edcon call centre or store!!!

I purchased a Blackberry cellphone from CNA on my Edcon account. The phone was faulty so we took it back to CNA because it was still under guarantee. CNA told us not to worry, they will send it in for repairs. About a week later CNA told us that MTN refurbished somebody else's phone and never replaces the customer's phone with a new phone. We collected the phone and it didn't last for a week. We ended up returning different refurbished phones 3 times to CNA because all the refurbished phones were faulty. CNA told us that is how MTN works and that we should not have purchased the MTN network. They said that MTN only refurbishes phones whilst Vodacom gives the customer a new phone. We told CNA that we thought that we had a Blackberry guarantee but the store said that the service provider is responsible and we should have chosen Vodacom instead. We lodged three complaints with the Edcon call centre and to date no response. Edcon's call centre lost our first complaint and has promised to call us back but we are still waiting? Why should be pay the brand new price for someone else's junk? Why is CNA putting the blame on MTN? I am going to hand Edcon over to my attorneys!
